Raw Milk from Jersey Cows — Naturally Better at Legacy Hill Farm
At Legacy Hill Farm, we’re proud to offer A2A2 milk through our raw milk herd shares, sourced from our pasture-raised Jersey cows, known for their rich, creamy milk and gentle nature. Even better — our milk is A2A2, meaning it contains only the A2 type of beta-casein protein, which many people find easier to digest.
For decades, we have been producing raw milk and take pride in doing it the right way. What is a Herd Share?
A herd share is a legal arrangement that allows you to purchase a share of our dairy herd, which includes Jersey cows known for producing high-quality A2A2 milk. As a partial owner, you receive a portion of the raw milk produced by the cows you co-own. This model supports local farms and provides families access to raw milk herd shares in a way that complies with Tennessee Department of Agriculture's regulations, ensuring you enjoy fresh, grass-fed dairy products from our pasture-raised beef and dairy cattle.
How It Works
Purchase a Share – You buy a portion of our herd, becoming a co-owner of our Jersey cows.
Sign a Herd Share Agreement – This outlines your rights and responsibilities as a participant in our program.
Receive Weekly Milk – Pick up your fresh raw milk at the farm or designated drop-off locations, all while enjoying the benefits of pasture-raised dairy.

Pickup & Availability
